J'ai déjà séjourné à cet hôtel et je suis retourné parce que il est bien, je ne le ferai plus jamais.
Le manque de compréhension et du sens d'humanité de la part des employés de la réception, c'est à peine croyable, surtout venant des gens mexicaines qui est un peuple reconnu pour sa gentillesse, mais au lieu d'assister les clients ils se sont entêté à respecter le reglement, ma mère de 89 ans s'est levé avec un gros problème à la jambe, il lui était impossible de marcher ce matin-là , on a demander de garder la chaise roulante pour la journée, la réponse a été un NON determinant, parce que le règlement exige que la chaise soit disponible en cas qu'un autre client en aie besoin, ça veut dire que si en ce moment arrivait un autre client qui en aurait besoin on aurait enlever la chaise à ma mère sur le champ ? D'un autre côté si l'administration tient autant à aider les personnes, pourquoi alors ils n'ont pas une deuxième chaise, INCROYABLE le manque d'humanité. Finis mes séjours à cet hotel, que je préférais (où j'ai déjà séjourné auparavant. La falta de comprehensión y de humanidad flagrante, mi madre de 89 años se levantó con un grave problema en una pierna ese dia, al pedir que se le prestara la silla para el dia la respuesta fue un NO rotundo, porque el reglamento (que es más importante que el ser humano) no lo permite visto que si fuera el caso que llegara otra persona que la necesitara la tuviera, quiere decir que si fuera el caso echarían a mi madre de la silla ? Si tanto quieren ayudar, porque no tienen otra silla, un hotel de ese nivel es incapaz de comprar otra ? es increíble la falta de humanidad y compasión. Cero al personal de la recepción y al gerente en turno quien avaló la decisión. Si era mi hotel de predilección en Pachuca, ahora será otro hotel que eligiré, nunca más ese. Yo era cliente repetitivo
